GARDEN HOMES

BMC Senior Living Garden Homes are part of the Cahaba Trace Retirement Community and are an affordable options for senior living. All of Cahaba Trace's 19 Garden Homes are two bedroom and one bathroom.

APARTMENTS

BMC Senior Living Apartments are the most economical option for senior living within the Cahaba Trace Retirement Community. Cahaba Trace consists of 42 one and two bedroom apartments.

COTTAGES

The BMC Commons Cottages are the newest edition to our growing retirement community currently consisting of 14 Cottages with future plans to add more. Each cottage is two bedroom and two bathrooms. Click learn more and let us know your interested in joining our retirement community

CONGREGATE HOUSING

Congregate Housing is an independent living facility with communal dining within the Bibb Medical Center Continuing Care Retirement Community. It consists of 16 apartments (both one bedroom and two bedroom). Our hope is to offer an environment where our residents can make a home while providing multiple services that enhance our residents’ well-being.
